Linwood Avenue House Tour - May 4, 2014

368 Linwood Avenue is a historic mansion location in downtown Buffalo NY. Built originally for the Spencer Kingsley Family the house has since gone through several owners and been abandoned for the last 5 years. At last the house is finally being restored to match the architectural beauty of Linwood Ave. The home will be renovated into 5 apartments and a separate carriage house. Apartments will be hopefully ready in 2013, until then keep up with our progress by enjoying this renovation blog
