The Beginning

In December of 2011 my father, Tim George came across 368 Linwood Drive. Anxious for a "project" he purchased the historical home and began the renovation process. Born in Clarence NY, Tim has recently finished the renovation of 760 Northland Ave. which now houses the corporation Niagara Frontier Custom Fabrication, a custom sheet-metal company. While he has spent much of his life working in the contracting business this will be his first historical mansion and he is excited to be part of the restoration of downtown Buffalo.

We hope to share the process of restoring the home on this blog and encourage comments and feedback, and of course the best way to check on progress is to drive by and check it out!

  1. I think it is great what you are doing with this beautiful building, and have been driving by to follow your progress. But I take exception that it has been vacant for 10 years. I know for a fact it has not been that long, as my brother-in-law lived there for awhile and it was not more than 10 years ago.
